The SDLT, LBTT and LTT calculators run in your browser and never need a cookie.
No cookies
No page of the site sets a cookie, and the calculators store nothing on your device: the price, nation and buyer details you enter stay in the open page and disappear when you close it. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept.
Anonymous stability monitoring
To spot broken pages, script errors, slow loading and buttons that do nothing, the site loads Microsoft Clarity in its cookie-free mode. Clarity then sets no cookie (no _clck, _clsk, MUID or CLID), gives every page view its own one-off identifier and does not link visits together. Page content and anything you type are masked before data is sent.
Blocking it
Blocking the clarity.ms domain, or using a content blocker, stops this monitoring too; the calculators work just the same.
